Position Overview:
Review and consult with the client on facility sustainment, restoration, and modernization (FSRM) services, including maintenance and operation of facility infrastructure and facility support equipment, such as, but not limited to, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Architectural, Environmental, Plumbing, and Fire and Life Safety Systems.
Support other on-site personnel with engineering, professional, and technical expertise necessary to meet support requirements in accordance with DISA, DoD, local, state and federal standards as well as industry best practices.
Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) guidance and Project Management (PM) oversight for ongoing requirements regarding FSRM tasks to ensure mission critical facilities and infrastructure support equipment is continuously available.
Onsite support tasks may include but are not limited to:
Reviewing and overseeing major and minor repairs, modifications or installation of equipment, routine maintenance, etc.
Planning and cost estimating for FSRM requirements.
Project design reviews for renovations or additions to facilities
Project Management services such as planning, scheduling, and oversite needed for the execution of renovations to the building spaces or the engineered systems to facilities
Energy analysis of systems and providing Energy Analysis Reports with written findings and recommendations.
Quality Assurance services such as develop and provide monthly QA Reports and management oversight of the electronic database that identifies and tracks QA.
Develop methods to assist the Government Task Monitors (TM) in reviewing their areas of responsibility and provide QA documents and databases to effectively perform QA.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline is required.
Twelve (12) years of Mechanical Engineer or related experience is required.
Project Management experience is required.
Active Secret clearance is required.
TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is desired.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional Engineering License OR Project Management Professional Certification
