Position Overview:
Provides acquisition support on functions of program management by analyzing financial execution and projection reports from vendors
Provides financial and summary reports on the program elements to the Government Program Managers at the program level and assists with the allocation and tracking of resources
Assists program managers in developing program documentation (Statements of Work, Program Management Plans, Risk Management Plans, program schedules, etc.)
Provides support to the Government Program Managers to assure execution within the cost, schedule, and performance baselines
Utilizes program management tools to assist with planning, documenting, executing, and reporting of all program details
Attend contract reviews to assist with cost estimating and monitoring of program outcomes
Advises in the production and tailoring of NSA financial execution reports and program acquisition documentation
Provides assistance in analyzing, tracking, and reporting program unfunded requirements in accordance with the PEO policies and procedures
Prepares point papers, briefing charts, spreadsheets, and other materials to assist in the Government program decision making
Performs data analysis using MS Excel with pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts to present data clearly
Creates reports to support program management function
Assists with resource planning and tracking
Prepares and supports delivery of presentations to assist with program and initiative status reviews
Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required
Bachelor’s Degree in a business focus or relevant technical discipline from an accredited College or University
Minimum eight (8) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management
In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience may be substituted
