Your Areas of Impact Employee Lifecycle Management
Design and deliver comprehensive new hire onboarding programs that set employees up for long-term success
Conduct engaging orientation sessions that introduce company culture, values, and expectations
Manage personnel files and employment documentation with meticulous attention to detail
Assist with the complete employee journey from recruitment support to offboarding
Compensation & Benefits Excellence
Administer payroll processes ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
Manage comprehensive benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and voluntary benefits
Serve as the primary resource for employee questions about compensation and benefits
Analyze and recommend improvements to total rewards programs
Employee Relations & Engagement
Build trust as a confidential resource for employee concerns and workplace issues
Investigate and resolve employee relations matters with fairness and professionalism
Partner with management on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions
Foster positive workplace relationships and help resolve conflicts constructively
Support employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
Leave Management & Accommodation
Administer FMLA, ADA, and state leave programs with compassion and compliance
Coordinate reasonable accommodations and return-to-work processes
Guide employees and managers through leave policies and procedures
Maintain accurate leave tracking and documentation
Performance & Development
Support performance review processes and help managers provide meaningful feedback
Assist with goal-setting and professional development planning
Partner with leadership on succession planning and talent development initiatives
Help identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure EEO and OFCCP compliance through policy development and training
Conduct HR audits and maintain employment law compliance
Stay current with federal, state, and local employment regulations
Develop and update HR policies and procedures
Support workplace safety initiatives and workers' compensation processes
Strategic HR Partnership
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership
Support organizational change initiatives and restructuring efforts
Contribute to recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
Participate in HR technology implementations and process improvements

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1+ year of HR generalist experience across multiple HR functions
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Experience with HRIS systems and payroll administration
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Preferred Qualifications:
PHR, SHRM-CP, or other HR certification
Experience with FMLA/ADA administration
Background in employee relations and conflict resolution
Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration
Experience with HR compliance auditing
