SharePoint/.NET Developer - Subject Matter Expert
An active TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance is required to be considered for this position
  • Main functions will include supporting SharePoint users on three network fabrics, Server OS maintenance, SharePoint farm management/maintenance, and design/maintenance/deployment of SharePoint farms, PowerShell scripts, and custom .NET solutions.
  • Designs, develops, tests, integrates, deploys, and supports/maintains scalable web pages and web services
  • Develops, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements
  • Reviews and tests software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results
  • Resolves software problem reports
  • Utilizes software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment
  • Provides specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components
Minimum Qualifications:
  • A Master’s Degree in a Computer or Math related field.
    • 12 years of experience may be substituted for a Master’s Degree
  • 8 years of experience in the following: Domain Name Server (DNS), Network Time Protocol (NTP) and IP routing protocols.
  • Must have exceptionally strong previous experience with Windows Server 2008 and 2012, including server maintenance and OS patching.
  • Excellent customer service skills and be able to assist users through a variety of remote support capabilities (ticketing, phone, email, etc.)
  • Ability to successfully interface with both contractor and civilian management required.
  • Exceptionally strong experience with SharePoint 2013 required.
  • Back-end SharePoint experience highly preferred over front-end/design experience.
  • Strong previous experience managing/configuring SharePoint farms, web apps, and site collections manually and via PowerShell required.
  •  IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, SharePoint CU patching, and .NET/C# development required.
  • Windows Server 2016, SharePoint 2016, and OptimalIDM experience a plus.
