Systems Integration Technician 3
An active TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance is required to be considered for this position. 
  • Acts as a lead technician for program production
  • Leads installs, tests, and validates operational software as specified by installation standards, manufacturer's guidance and safety codes
  • Monitors existing software applications and resolves problems as they arise
  • Installs software updates and updates monitoring tools with new application services
  • Develops the overall integration and test strategy, including schedule test plans and scripts
  • Escalates discovered software problems to the development teams and provides support the resolve the problem
  • Conduct on the job training for co-workers
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or Mathematics from an accredited college or university
  • 10 years’ experience integrating systems using multiple operating systems (Solaris, Linux, and Windows) and developing and implementing test plans and test scripts
  • Experience performing all aspects of the integration and test of the system including installing the hardware into the racks, labeling cables, running cables, building the system to drawing package, quality assurance, loading operating system, loading applications, and all levels of testing in regard to the system
  • Has a basic networking background
  • Comfortable working in a Linux environment, to include:
    • Development experi
    • Updating files, installing/updating software (YUM/RPM,etc.)
    • Troubleshooting with a working knowledge of various Linux logs
    • Linux shell (BASH) scripting 
  • MongoDB and Tomcat experience are both desired
